The decentralized storage protocol Walrus will launch its mainnet on March 27 and introduce the WAL token. The distribution of the WAL token is as follows: 10% airdrop to early adopters and reserved for future distribution; 43% allocated to the community reserve for grants, development support, incentive programs, and other ecosystem initiatives; 30% allocated to early builders who contributed to Walrus; 10% subsidized to storage nodes; 7% allocated to investors participating in fundraising.
