🔥‼️According to him, this action may go beyond the previous SEC efforts to classify XRP and ETH as securities, he wrote:

"If the crypto community is disappointed with the SEC's treatment of XRP, ETH, and others as securities, Prediction: Wait until the OCC, SEC, and Department of Treasury launch a full attack on staking. This will be a bloodbath."
