The Federal Reserve's chances of cutting interest rates in July and September are rising, but analysts remain cautious.

[BitPush] Morgan Stanley analysts stated in a research report that the possibility of The Federal Reserve (FED) lowering interest rates in the next two meetings remains low. The market's expectation of a rate cut in July increased from 8% to 20%, while the possibility of a rate cut in September rose from 60% to 90%.

However, analysts said that most Federal Reserve (FED) officials support Powell's cautious stance and are unlikely to quickly back a rate cut. Analysts expect that the upcoming employment report will be relatively robust, though the growth rate may slow, but there are no signs of cracks that would prompt the Federal Reserve (FED) to accelerate actions.

Interest rate cut expectations are like an arbitrage window; it's better to rush than to wait and die.
