Abstract generation in progress

On August 8th, Decentralized Finance protocol Compound released a proposal introducing the concept of 'Proposal Guardian'. Initially, the Guardian will consist of a 4/8 Multi-signature formed by members of the Compound DAO community, which can veto proposals that have been approved by a majority vote and are awaiting execution when the protocol faces governance risks. Technically, the proposal introduces the setProposalGuardian function to set the role that can call the cancel function of any proposal. The PR also includes simulation tests to ensure that the changes run as expected on-chain. In addition, the proposal will be submitted on-chain on August 9th for voting to begin early next week.
