Plasma has regained control of the X platform account, the Hacker attack was conducted via the platform's backend.
Odaily News Plasma stated on the X platform that its official account was taken over by external attackers at around 11:00 today. The team immediately activated the early warning mechanism and completed a system check. The account has now regained control, and no financial risks have been detected. The founder of Plasma @pauliepunt stated that the attacker is suspected of modifying the organization's login credentials through the management backend of the X platform. Currently, the relevant traces have been cleared, and the account security measures have been strengthened. Plasma will continue to conduct a comprehensive post-incident analysis and provide explanations after obtaining more information. The official emphasized that its treasury assets were not affected by the incident and that they have contacted a professional security team to assist with the investigation.
