On July 1, Jin10 reported that according to American media, the U.S. Agency for International Development spent its last day of independent operations on June 30. Two former U.S. Presidents, George W. Bush and Barack Obama, made a rare "joint effort" to criticize the Trump administration, stating that shutting down this American soft power promotion agency was a "major mistake."
