Google Cloud stated that GCUL can provide digital asset issuance, management, and settlement experiences. Its atomic settlement function drops risks and enhances liquidity. It is studying how to transfer value through secure mediums of exchange, all backed by assets that are under bankruptcy protection and provided by regulated institutions, such as central bank deposits or money market funds.
