Approximately $2.59 billion worth of ETH is queued to exit the Ethereum PoS network, while about $980 million worth of ETH is waiting to join.
On July 29, according to validatorqueue data, approximately 684,000 ETH (equivalent to about $2.59 billion at current prices) are currently waiting to exit the Ethereum PoS network, with an exit waiting time of about 11 days and 21 hours. Meanwhile, approximately 259,000 ETH, equivalent to about $980 million, are queued to join the network, with an expected activation latency of about 4 days and 12 hours. Previous reports indicate that this situation reflects two opposing forces in the market: on one hand, some stakers may choose to lock in profits after Ethereum's rebound of over 160% since its low point in April, leading to a surge in the exit queue; on the other hand, new incoming funds driven by favourable information and institutional demand are also pushing up the entry queue, as publicly traded companies like SharpLink Gaming and BitMine Immersion increase their holdings of ETH and stake.
