Raoul Pal likens the ETH's tendency to outperform BTC to less valuable bonds rising in value after attracting investors' interest.
According to Pal, the possible approval of a spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) will send a positive signal by triggering market participants to reinvest their BTC earnings in ETH.
Raoul Pal stated that 2023 was a very good year for Solana and Bitcoin, but Ethereum could also catch up with these two important competitors.
