Major updates to Startup Participation Rules for VIP Users:
1. Airdrop projects do not require sufficient balance before token distribution after subscription.
2. VIP levels of users holding assets and rising to VIP levels will be verified at the time of token distribution and the final allocation they receive will be based on their VIP level at the time of distribution. $BEL$ will be annoyed.
Rules for Non-VIP Joining Startup:
1. All non-VIP users with spot assets of not less than $10 can enter the Start page and claim Starter airdrops for free;

3. Non-VIP users are not guaranteed to receive Starter airdrop tokens. Some of the lucky non-VIP users will be randomly selected for each project and the airdrop allocation will be evenly distributed;
4. Total airdrop amount for non-VIP users will vary by project. The number of winners and the amount of airdrops are not fixed. Please pay attention to the subscription results;
5. Airdrop projects no longer require sufficient funds prior to token distribution. Airdropped tokens will be distributed directly to the spot wallet after subscription ends;
6. Coupon benefits will be given priority to non-VIP users who use Starter coupons to join the subscription. Starter coupons 100% $KAR$ It guarantees the corresponding share, but users must have no less than $10 in spot assets in $YIN$e.
Not:
1. The previous rule where non-VIP users were guaranteed to receive 3 Startup airdrop shares, $BU$ removed in upgrade. After the upgrade, non-VIP users with spot assets of not less than $10 can join directly and receive an airdrop if they win.
2. All existing subscription sharing rules for VIP users remain unchanged and they are entitled to airdrop with 100% guarantee. The higher the VIP level, the more Startup airdrop shares they can subscribe to.
3. Non-VIP users participating in Startup subscriptions will follow the partial win mechanism with a random selection of airdrop winners for each project. Winners can be repeated in different projects.
4. The new rules will come into effect from 02:00 UTC on August 25.
5. Cycle $LM$ In case of any discrepancy between the business versions and the original English version, the English version will prevail.
