🇺🇸👮♀️ A Denver pastor and his wife charged in a $3.4 million crypto scam.
Denver pastor Eli Regalado and his wife Kaitlyn are facing 40 criminal charges for allegedly defrauding Christian investors of $3.4 million through the crypto INDXcoin between January 2022 and July 2023.
The couple is accused of pocketing at least 1.3 million dollars for personal expenses, including luxury vacations, cosmetic dental care, snowmobiling, and home renovations that they claimed "the Lord" had commanded them to do.
Regalado admitted to having taken the money in a now-deleted video, claiming that "these accusations are true" while stating that "God is not done with this project" and asking his supporters to support them.
