ETH futures market liquidity distribution update:
Recently, the market for ETH has taught us a lesson: that even if there is no short liquidity in the futures market, we can still overcome the liquidity gap relying on spot!
The liquidity vacuum area indicated by the large arrow in the image represents the fact that all TH shorts over the past month did not have such a high liquidation price, yet the price has still achieved some breakthroughs, indicating that the current buying is mainly in the spot market!
In the short term, there is still a short liquidation zone formed since early July above, so if the price continues to accelerate in a smaller range, the target will be between 3620 and 3650.
In stark contrast to BTC, the rise of ETH is not driven by futures but by spot trading, whereas BTC lost its original strong momentum after liquidating all short liquidity below 123k.
