Sources: The U.S. Senate will hold a confidential briefing on the Iran issue.

According to Mars Finance, CNN reported that informed sources revealed that the confidential briefing on the Iran situation in the U.S. Senate, originally scheduled for earlier this week, has been rescheduled to Thursday at 2 PM Eastern Time (2 AM Beijing Time on Friday). The Trump administration has recently faced criticism from senior Democratic members of the House and Senate Intelligence Committees, who expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of communication regarding U.S. airstrikes in Iran. Some lawmakers warned the government not to manipulate facts before the briefing. The House is expected to receive the briefing on Friday.
