Jinshi Data News on March 6th, local time on the evening of March 5th, French President Macron delivered a public speech on the eve of the EU summit. Macron stated that Europe's ally, the United States, has changed its position in this conflict, reducing its support for Ukraine, adding more uncertainty to the security and prosperity of Europe in the future. He believes that the path to peace cannot be achieved by abandoning Ukraine, so he refuses to sign a fragile Russia-Ukraine ceasefire protocol.
