The development of LUNC (Luna Classic) is at a critical stage, with multiple factors driving its value potential.
First of all, LUNC is undergoing a significant deflation process. This is not just a theoretical assumption, but a fact supported by actual data. Multiple exchanges, including well-known platforms and some overseas exchanges, are actively participating in the LUNC burn plan. They are using a portion of the transaction fees to burn LUNC. Although this practice has not been widely publicized, it has been ongoing.
Secondly, the on-chain mechanism of LUNC is also promoting deflation. Every large transfer requires a fee of 0.5%, which is directly burned. For example, transferring 10 billion LUNC requires a payment of 50 million as a fee. This mechanism ensures that deflation is occurring at all times, and the LUNC public chain does not face additional inflationary pressure, as its block rewards come from 10% of the burned fees.

The core of this proposal is to utilize the deflationary effect of LUNC to support USTC (TerraClassicUSD) in re-pegging to the US dollar.
