Hive Digital Technologies is transitioning from a Bitcoin mining company to providing high-performance computing services (HPC), leveraging AI chips like Nvidia H100 and Blackwell. HPC revenue currently stands at 20 million USD/year and aims for 100 million USD by 2026. Hive has purchased a facility near Toronto airport to expand its capacity to 7.2 MW, taking advantage of the AI workforce in Canada.
Despite shifting focus, Hive still considers Bitcoin a strategic asset, currently holding 2.201 BTC and increasing production to 6 BTC per day, expecting to reach 12 BTC by the end of the year. Hive's stock continues to fluctuate with Bitcoin prices but is assessed to be undervalued.
